The Fit Test is a sequence of five exercises: high knees (slow count), thrusters, squat jacks, sit-ups and Johnny C’s. Each exercise will be completed for one minute, running consecutively, for a total of five minutes with no rest between exercises.
The cumulative rep count from all five exercises in five minutes is the number of reps you will record in the CG App. (Ex. 25 high knees + 15 thrusters + 25 squat jacks + 25 sit-ups + 20 Johnny C’s = 110 total reps entered into the CG App)
