Bring a water bottle, a towel, a mat and dumbbells (5-15 lbs) to each workout. A CG Mat is highly recommended because it is designed for outdoor use and is much more comfortable than the typical fitness mat. You can purchase a CG Mat at our store. If you do not have a mat or dumbbells for your first workout, no worries, your Trainer will have extra.
